Job Description - Sales Administrator
In this Sales Administrator role, you will be joining either the Delegate Sales team or the Sponsorship Sales team.

On a day-to-day basis, you'll be engaging exclusively with the most senior and innovative minds within the HR sphere, a truly fascinating group whose purpose is to drive business performance and growth.

You'll need to build strong relationships with their existing community but, most importantly, bring plenty of fresh faces to their world-class events in London and Geneva.


You'll work closely with the Delegate Sales Manager to get up to speed and gradually work your way up to owning the full sales cycle - from sourcing to closing - through a tried and tested training programme which will give you everything you need to enter the world of business with confidence.


Key responsibilities - Sales Administrator
In this Sales Administrator role, you will be responsible for:

  • Engaging with leads already on the database
  • Sourcing and generation of new leads through cold calling
  • Researching and identifying industry challenges and trends in the HR and People Profession
  • Market research to identify new contacts to maintain and develop the marketleading database you will be working from
  • Research and collate trading information on each company we contact
  • Contacting clients and new business leads by phone to sell and secure new business contracts
  • Achieving targets of each event
  • Managing client communications leading up to each event
  • Progressing your knowledge of, and relationships with, each market you are personally responsible for to increase yearonyear attendance and identify new event opportunities
  • Working with the Delegate Acquisition, Production, Marketing and Event Management teams on the continuous improvement of our events
