A proactive Help desk (Contract Support)
Advisor is sought to join our clients team on a Full-Time basis, working from 08:00 to 17:00. This position offers an immediate start date and is expected to last for a duration of 2 months. The role is based in Beeston, Nottingham, and provides a competitive hourly rate of £11.68.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and determine the nature and priority of faults based on clientprovided information.
- Raise and assign work orders to relevant resources, ensuring efficient task allocation.
- Schedule works in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and update the client's Computer-Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) system.
- Review all subcontractor submitted paperwork to ensure accurate management of CAFM.
- Support in managing the supply chain and drive subcontractors to adhere to required SLAs.
- Allocate internal engineers to cal louts and maintenance visits, ensuring timely response and adherence to SLAs.
- Monitor and maintain a high level of service by tracking and reporting on the performance of the engineering team.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar help desk or contract support role.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- Ability to prioritise and determine the urgency of tasks.
- Familiarity with Computer-Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) systems.
- Proven track record of working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Knowledge of service level agreements and compliance standards.
