Customer Service Administrator - Glasgow, United Kingdom - Search Consultancy
Description
Start dates in March 2023 and hours are 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday. You will be based on site in Clydebank.
You will also enjoy weekly pay with an hourly pay rate of £10.98 and an attractive holiday allowance of 39.
You will have
- Excellent attention to detail
- Administration experience OR
- Good Customer Service background
- First class communication skills
- Ability to manage your own workload
- The ability to work on own initiative
- Experience of working to KPI's and targets
Your typical day
- Communicate with customers providing a first class service and positive experience
- Scanning ID and documentation onto in house system
- Processing legal paperwork
- Checking ID
- Providing full administration support at all times
- Updating in house systems with critical information accurately
