Due to growth, high profile food business requires a Shift Leader

The Role

  • Manage and motivate the shift and ensure individua KPIs are up to date
  • Always maintain and follow Food Safety processes and general Health and Safety
  • Ensure Team are aware of targets and the effect on other departments
  • The Shift Leader will work closely with warehouse and logistics
  • To be "auditready" at all times, ensure that site hygiene, health & safety and document control are in line with customer specifications and always up to date
  • Experience as a Team leader or Shift manager.
  • Be able to demonstrate leadership success
  • Have a motivational approach and be passionate about results
