We are now looking for an exceptional and dynamic Lettings Negotiator / Assistant Branch Manager to join our growing network. Our client is a well established Estate Agency with a enviable reputation in the property industry. Fantastic Opportunity to join the friendly and incredibly experienced team in the Sale Manchester Branch.

Main duties:

To generate new leads across Sales & Lettings
To work alongside the Director and provide office support when needed
Registering interest and arranging viewings online & internal system
Providing a firstclass customer service to both landlords and applicants
Ensuring clients' expectations are managed correctly and going the extra mile
Managing the offer process from start to finish
Achieving and exceeding targets
Be extremely organised & a great time keeper
Be well presented & Have a friendly approachable manner

Requirements

Full Uk Driving Licence needed to attend viewings

Knowledge in the local marketplace is desired however not essential

Minimum 1 year in the Lettings Industry
