Description

Our Client, a leading car manufacturer are currently looking for a
Call Centre Agent to join their business based out of their
Toyota Bromley Dealership.


As a
Call Centre Agent, you will take inbound calls from our client's current customers to book in their yearly
MOT or
Service, while on the phone you will also speak to them about other products that they might be interested in.


To be a Call Centre Agent:

  • Excellent levels of customer service
  • Relevant experience in a sales environment preferred
  • Have great planning and organisational skills
  • Work efficiently under pressure ability to achieve and reach targets
  • Be selfmotivated and driven to succeed
  • Good communication skills
  • Great work ethic
