Vigilant Security provides keyholding, security guards and mobile patrols as well as more specialist security services throughout the UK.

What we are looking for:


We are looking for a reliable and responsible Helpdesk Operative to join our team assisting the NHS by providing Out of Hours Helpdesk Cover.


  • Must have excellent communication and IT skills
  • Must have a good understanding of the security industry and the importance of client care and customer service
  • Telephone/Switchboard experience is an advantage
  • Be trustworthy, reliable and flexible
  • Be able to provide a comprehensive 5year employment history
  • Be able to pass an enhanced DBS check
