Product Solution Specialist

Hybrid Working - Stoneleigh, Warwickshire

Job Summary
The Product Solution Specialist is an integral part of the Product Teams in the Agile Software Delivery Process.

The Product Solution Specialist acts as a spokesperson, a super user and a sparring partner of usability for all relevant markets the product is deployed in.

This role is responsible for the latest digital product updates or changes and communicates regularly with the digital development team to be aware of user feedback, new enhancements and details.

So, the Product Solution Specialist is the single point of contact of product usage and user feedback.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Assess user feedback and evaluate between technical issues, training requirements and potential product enhancements
  • Translate product enhancements of user feedback to the product backlog
  • Forward technical issues to the development team
  • Address training requirement with the Digital Transformation Office
  • Support eLearning courses and understanding of digital tool product features both for internal and external users
  • Run workshops with corporate team and delivering training sessions
  • Accompany dealer visits and supporting product demos
  • Promote digital solutions and its advantages
  • Support internal and external facilitators during dealer visits
  • Contact dealers and customers to solve technical issues
  • Communicating enhancements and releases of digital solutions

Experience & Qualifications:


  • Excellent communication / interpersonal skills and teamplayer attitude as well as the ability to interact distribution partners and farmers.
  • Driver licence is essential for dealer account visits.
  • Ability to help others to successfully influences diverse groups and teams in a complex, ambiguous and rapidly changing environment to deliver valueadded solutions.
  • Very good skills in advanced writing, verbal and other presentation skills.
  • Able to synthesize complex topics into meaningful information and prepare materials appropriate for higher management level communications.
  • Good knowledge in evaluation feedback and categorizing it into technical issues, training requirements or potential product enhancements
  • Good knowledge of:
  • Agile way of working
  • Structural and conceptual problemsolving capabilities
  • Good understanding of the business areas supported by the systems is required to ensure solutions meet true business needs and requirements.
  • Global company experience is a desirable.
  • Experience of digital solutions would be a benefit.
