Administrator - Great Barr - £21k per annum plus bonus (£28k - £35k) and company benefits


Our client is a well-established company based in Birmingham, due to continued growth and expansion they to recruit an experienced Administrator to join their existing team, helping customers across the West Midlands to benefit from their services.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Submitting completed documents and paperwork
  • Data entry
  • Providing customer service when required
  • Reviewing qualifying benefit criteria and evidences
  • Managing your own workload and working towards Service Level Agreements
  • Previous admin experience is essential
  • Works well in a team
  • Computer literate and proficient with Microsoft Excel
  • Confident and has experience with inhouse systems and databases

Hours of Work:
Monday to Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm
