Project Co-ordinator
job vacancy to join our client's team located close to Banbury Town Centre.
Working alongside their existing and growing team, you will administratively support a range of planning projects for a range of clients that include multi-national corporations, house builders, landowners and local authorities / government bodies.
The focus of this role will be to support Directors and Senior Management meet client requirements and reflect the 'added value' that underpins our client's approach.
Our clients is seeking an enthusiastic, highly organised individual who is comfortable working at pace and someone that will bring excellent organisational, typing, presentation, and administrative skills to the role.

- Excellent keyboard skills and strong I.T. skills
- Word, Excel, Outlook as a minimum
- Experience in diary management of a busy diary
- Experience on One Drive desirable
- A minimum typing speed to 60 wpm
- Experience in copy typing & dictation
- Excellent presentation skills and an eye for detail
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Tact, discretion, and respect for confidentiality
- A pleasant, confident telephone manner
- Confidently build relationships across the wider business and be a strong communicator
- Take ownership of the distribution of work within the team
- Updating and maintaining a project list and prompting the Directors, and staff accordingly
- Assembling soft and hard copies of complex files. Preparing files in advance of meetings
- Managing incoming calls and messages
- Arranging meetings & diary management, including travel any arrangements
- Formatting and proofreading documents
- Planning for, and providing holiday cover within the wider secretarial and administration team
- Support and assistance to the planner team
- Building client relationships and providing regular Client updates
- Setting up and maintaining hard copy and electronic files, saving project documents accordingly in a timely manner
- Liaison with 3rd parties, obtaining quotations, chasing meetings, and monitoring leadtimes, supporting the planners with the coordination and instruction of consultant teams
