Great opportunity for a Property Management Manager
Superb location in Alexandra Park North London

- £60,000 OTE year 1 and then £75-80k year 2

My client, a fantastic market leading independent agent, are looking for a Property Management Manager to join their team in their office based in Alexandra Park.

You will be joining a fun and energetic team with scope to make the role your own and be encouragedand supported to progress your career within this well-established and regarded agency.

Responsibilities for this Property Management Manager role will include:

Managing the property management team
Arranging for contractor and running repairs teams
Dealing with rental clients and landlords
Liaising with the Directors to help manage the lettings business
Overall running and control on direction of the property management business

Skills & Experience for this Property Management Manager role:

Minimum 2 years Property Management experience
Lettings background and track record
Local area knowledge (MUST LIVE IN NORTH LONDON)
Driven and high business acumen
Ability to work in fast paced lettings environment manage and drive a team

Benefits for this Property Management Manager role include;

Generous base salary £35,000

Uncapped OTE year 1 £60k+, year 2 £7580k+
