An exciting opportunity has arisen for the appointment of a Business Support Officer, within the Business Support Team located at Northallerton.

The successful applicants will join a team of administrators who provide business support services to a wide range of services across the NYCC.


We require motivated administrators with good communication and customer care skills suitable for dealing with a full range of service users and professionals, both from North Yorkshire County Council and other organisations.

You will undertake general administrative duties supporting different services within the Council, data inputting using Excel and bespoke systems, supporting the work of the Council.


What you will bring
***To be successful you must have good keyboard skills and experience in word, excel, databases and Outlook. You must also have good literacy and numeracy skills, be able to prioritise your own workload, be conscientious, well-organised, have the ability to work unsupervised and be flexible in your approach. Due to the nature of the work you must respect the need for confidentiality of personal information.
