This fantastic agency is looking for an integrated artworker who is not only technically proficient but also has excellent communication skills the ability to multitask and an eye for detail.


What you'll be doing

As an Integrated Artworker you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding work to our clients and helping to develop and mentor more junior members of staff.

You will be responsible for ensuring a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of your work.

This includes owning your work from start to finish including the Pre-press lifecycle of all print jobs and also digital executions.


You will also be expected to maintain clear communication across all relevant departments and liaise with Project Managers to aid in production requirements.

This requires you to be flexible and able to work on numerous projects simultaneously while delivering outstanding work to tight deadlines.

Additionally as an Integrated Artworker you will have the opportunity to train and develop Junior Designers in craft skills.

This involves sharing your expertise and knowledge to help others grow and develop their skills while ensuring that the quality and accuracy of the work remain at a high level.


What experience will you need

  • Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign Illustrator and Photoshop is a must)
  • Understanding Adobe XD is an advantage
  • Ensure artwork is consistent accurate and follows any brand guidelines
  • High level of competency in image retouching from simple cutouts to highlevel creation of compositions using multiple image sources
  • Setup and archive accurate job folders
  • Adapt existing artwork into different formats including web assets where required
  • Solid understanding of colour profiles of web and print including ink weighting and coverage
  • Provide skilled and technically precise input and support to the agency or design studio
  • A strong eye for detail
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to make the complex simple
  • The ability to mentor more junior members of the staff
  • A real passion for your craft
  • A proven track record of working with print and digital
