We are looking for a Technical Multisite Analyst to join our successful team. This role is
a homebased role.


Role

Reporting to the TMA Manager, to support Account Managers and the management of large consuming, estate intensive, high value clients.

• Working collaboratively with the account manager in a customer facing role
• Focus is on large consuming, estate intensive, high value clients
• Attend client meetings & conference calls as required
• Support Account Manager with various operational tasks and requirements
• Manage various daytoday queries for the customer raised by the customer themselves that are not invoice related
• Read & comply with the company Health & Safety Policy; taking reasonable care for the H&S of themselves and others; cooperate with managers & other employees in fulfilling our objectives and statutory duties.

Responsibilities

• Estate management on CRM and site list (if applicable)
• Find out information for new sites including current supplier
• Site additions/removals to the customers group supply agreement
• Process change of tenancy agreements
• Assist with objections alongside the QA team to reach resolution
• Send termination notice if required
• Query Management
• Reports client specific as required
• Siteworks support meter site operations team with supply contracts for new connections

What we are looking for

• Educated to GCSE level or equivalent, including English and Maths at least grade C or equivalent
• Ability to stay focussed and productive when working at home
• Excellent attention to detail
• Excellent organisational skills
• Ability to adapt to changing client needs and circumstances
• Ability to think on your feet and problem solve
• Client focused approach
• Can work well as an individual and as part of a team Industry knowledge preferable
