Are you a well-qualified graduate teacher or industry experienced professional looking to teach in a large department offering a range of Animal Management courses from Level 1 to Level 5? Due to growth in the department we are looking to recruit someone who can inspire, whether from an industry or educational background.

As a lecturer within the department you will have the opportunity to deliver skills which focus on the employment engagement aspects of our qualifications such as our work experience units.

There is potential for full time or fractional posts and future opportunities within the department.


The successful applicant will be expected to contribute to the departments development, make significant contribution to the delivery of Work Experience Units across Level 1 to Level 3 and ensure accurate tracking and monitoring of learners through our centralised tracking software.

The successful applicant will also be able to liaise with employers and support learners with securing a work placement.


You should be either be working in industry or within education with a strong employment/stakeholder focus, an experienced teacher or someone with industrial based experience in an Animal Management related role, willing to undertake teacher training.
