Description

Fringe Electronics Limited are seeking an Office Administrator to join our team based in Clipstone, Mansfield. This is a part-time permanent position, working 5 days per week (Mondays to Fridays) with hours by negotiation.


Typical duties will include:

  • Answer telephone calls and redirect as appropriate
  • Receive, verify and process purchase invoices ready for payment
  • Assist the Operations Manager with the purchase of components and consumables as required
  • Maintain the MRP system with correct component pricing information
  • Receive payments from customers via credit/debit card
  • Liaise with customers and suppliers on expected delivery times
  • Verify weekly clock cards, check hours and pass to Head Office for payment
  • Maintain staff holiday and personnel records
  • Manage and account for petty cash
  • General office duties as required
  • Attention to detail and methodical approach
  • Confident telephone manner
  • Good interpersonal and organisational skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Competent at using Microsoft Office Package
  • Epicor MRP system experience an advantage but not essential
