Fringe Electronics Limited are seeking an Office Administrator to join our team based in Clipstone, Mansfield. This is a part-time permanent position, working 5 days per week (Mondays to Fridays) with hours by negotiation.
Typical duties will include:
- Answer telephone calls and redirect as appropriate
- Receive, verify and process purchase invoices ready for payment
- Assist the Operations Manager with the purchase of components and consumables as required
- Maintain the MRP system with correct component pricing information
- Receive payments from customers via credit/debit card
- Liaise with customers and suppliers on expected delivery times
- Verify weekly clock cards, check hours and pass to Head Office for payment
- Maintain staff holiday and personnel records
- Manage and account for petty cash
- General office duties as required
- Attention to detail and methodical approach
- Confident telephone manner
- Good interpersonal and organisational skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Competent at using Microsoft Office Package
- Epicor MRP system experience an advantage but not essential
