K327- New Leaf Search has partnered with fast growing independent own book lender in its search for an
Operations Executive.

You will manage finance agreement bookings, direct debit processing runs, overview customer documentation, business processes and data management and control within and around the core lease and loans management system.

Salary:
£35,000 - £40,000 plus bonus and benefits

Location:
UK, Harrow / North West London (Office).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Overview of the integrity of data on all finance agreement records in the system, regardless of product type.
Check and if required correct entries in the system.

- 'Book' (make live) finance agreements in the system.

Communicating effectively and with timeliness on customer/supplier payouts by the Chief Accountant.
Run weekly Direct Debit runs and upload files to our payments bureau for processing in BACS, ensuring the timeliness, financial controls and integrity of this process.
Be part of the core user team currently digitising all processes and implementing new systems and products.
Drive continuous improvement activity challenging processes and procedures to deliver optimal efficiency and effectiveness.
Liaise with the accounts department on rescheduling agreements and settlement calculations, when required.
Contribute to the updating of policies, procedures and documentation.
Other ad hoc duties where required.

PERSON SPECIFICATION:

Willingness to learn and be accountable.
A strong understanding of processes and systems in a financial services business.
Flexibility and adaptability in attitude to embrace change within a business growth environment.
Good organisational, communication, numerical and analytical skills.
Sound knowledge of corporate loans (lease, hire purchase would be an advantage), structure and documentation.
Comfortable working with targets and deadlines.
Persistence, patience common sense and commercial acumen.
