Are you a qualified lifeguard with an in date NPLQ, looking for flexible work in the Reading area?


Here at 4Leisure Recruitment we have great opportunities for lifeguards looking for part or full time flexible working hours in a variety of pools in the area.

We have a range of shifts available across weekdays and weekends.


As a lifeguard your primary responsibility will be pool safety along with customer service, excellent communication as well as being proactive on poolside.

You will need to hold an in date National Pool Lifeguard Qualification to be eligible for this role.


Your main duties will include:

  • Supervising the pool at all times
  • Adhering to health and safety procedures
  • Carrying out rescues when required
  • General poolside cleaning
  • Reporting to the manager on site
£ £12.00 per hour (inclusive of holiday pay), paid weekly.
