AfC Band 3 (pro rata) plus a High Secure Environmental Allowance of £1,494.43 per annum (pro rata)

Hours - 30 per week, the working pattern for the 30 hours can be worked flexibility and will be agreed with the successful post holder

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the State Hospital for the position of Human Resource Assistant. The role supports the HR Advisors and Head of HR to provide a comprehensive HR service to the Hospital.

This role is an opportunity to gain experience in a wide range of HR services such as recruitment, employee relations, terms and conditions of service and policy advice and guidance within the NHS.

The postholder will provide a comprehensive administrative service, working closely with the HR Advisors to update and maintain a range of HR systems.

The HR Assistants are often the first point of contact with the HR Team and will liaise with managers and staff on a daily basis assisting with their queries as appropriate.
