About the role - Primary Teaching assistant

The school is looking for a flexible, patient, proactive Primary Teaching Assistant who has knowledge and understanding of children with challenging behaviour and SEN needs.

Your day to day responsibilities will be supporting the teacher, this could be working in small groups with children inside and outside the classroom.

You could be supporting the teacher with reading and writing with children who need extra support. Primary Teacher Assistants work on a 1:1 basis with children who need extra support in their academic studies.
