More About the Role:

In your role of HR Advisor, you will be part of a focused and driven HR team.

Using your drive and forward-thinking skills you will ensure the effective delivery of specialist HR advice to line management and employees across the business ensuring a consistent approach is taken, supporting the delivery of their innovative business strategy.

You will ensure relevant legislation is adhered to as well as the use of best practice in this continuous improvement working environment.

Day to day duties advice will be providing guidance on matters relating to employee relations - absence and performance management, managing recruitment activity, implementing appropriate talent development solutions, and supporting the whole employee life cycle in line with best practice methods.


Skills, experience and qualifications required:


The successful applicant will have strong HR Generalist skills and have a good understanding of HR practice and payroll coordination.

Strong analytical and organisational skills are required as well as good level of expertise with Microsoft Office.

You will have excellent communication skills, be able to build rapport with people of all levels and enjoy working as part of a fast-moving team.
