Property Manager - Bristol
Student Lettings specialist are looking to bring on a Property Manager. They have a _higher spec_ of student properties across the Bristol and surrounding areas. HMOs and individual houses. So a real mix which keeps it interesting

To work in this sector, you will need an energy to be able to multi-task.

Students letting can be so much fun and also have its challenges with students new to living away from home so a calm ear and ability to manage their expectations is required.

No daysare the same, you will be handling property enquiries, ensuring all tenancy paperwork is compliant and continue a regular contact with your tenants.

This will include:

Property inspections. Managing issues before they arise.
Rent queries
Emergency call outs
Arrange maintenance contractor visits
Conduct check in and check outs and ensure inventories are completed
Deposit queries

With the Landlord you will:

Accompany on property inspections
Ensure all invoicing is sent on
Make recommendations on refurbishments if required
Ensure any damage dealt with and all white goods are in working order or arrange repair replacement
Ensure viewings are conducted

For this role you will need to be able to drive.
