M&E Estimator - Permanent
Salary up to 55k+ Car allowance
Location - National

Flexible working available, home based and some travel required.
Monday to Friday - 40 hours per week

M&E Estimator / Facilities Management / Costing / Facilities Contracts / Infrastructure

Working at a national level, this role is responsible for ensuring a robust and consistent approach to hard FM pricing, aligned to our client's maintenance framework.

Collaboration with other business functions and stakeholders will be key to the success of this role so must be able to build trusting relationships and communicate effectively at all levels.

Duties for the M&E Estimator:

Responsible for the pricing schedule for new businesses for Hard FM Services
Responsible for the ongoing review of the commercial model for the existing portfolio
Standardising the pricing model and ensuring it is implemented consistently across the business
Perform site visits as and when required
Working on various projects relating to hospitals, medical offices, care homes etc
Labour load service contracts in accordance to the maintenance frameworks
