In the role of Insurance Administrator you will be to**:

  • Prepare and send quotation letters
  • Prepare and send Confirmation of cover letters
  • Issue Policy Documentation
  • Issue Renewal Notices
  • Issue Reminder letters
  • Action telephone enquiries

To be successful In the role of Insurance Administrator
you will need:

  • To be able work as part of a team
  • To take responsibility for own personal development in line with annual performance objectives
  • To adhere to the Company standards
  • Good Product knowledge of the different types of insurance
  • Knowledge of the FCA regulatory environment
  • Detailed knowledge of the general insurance industry
  • Good IT skills
  • Good communication skills
This is a full time permanent role, working Monday - Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm. On a salary of £19,000, increasing to £21,000 after a successful probation period of 6 months.
