Are you looking for greater responsibility and autonomy in your role? Do have experience within a stock administration or merchandising role? It is an exciting time to join this local company who are undergoing a period of growth.

We are looking for an experienced assistant to focus on stock management.

You will understand the products, ensuring the correct lines and levels of stock are maintained and planned to meet customer demands in the UK and internationally.

The role will develop over time.


Duties include:

  • Using a stock system to process deliveries and ensure stock is booked in correctly
  • Creating transfers and new stock using systems
  • Processing monthly write offs
  • Assisting with stock availability
  • Communicating sales lists internally
  • Updating price changes on the system
  • Handling any stock issues in the UK and internationally, liaising across the business
  • Physical stock takes when required
  • Point of contact for customer special orders, including tracking and communication
  • Run data and stock reports for management
