Description
Are you a Manufacturing Operative searching for a role in Broadstairs where you will be working for a caring, innovative manufacturer offering excellent company benefits including enhanced holiday entitlement?

Do you have experience as a Manufacturing or Production Operative, working to Lean Manufacturing processes and standards?

If so, this could be the role for you.

Permanent, Full-Time (8 am to 5 pm Monday to Thursday and 8 am to 2 pm on Friday)


The Job:


You'll be responsible for ensuring all products manufactured by hand or machine meet the specified quality standards prescribed in the process documentation.

You will also carry out good housekeeping practices and participate in Continuous Improvement activities when required.

  • Ability to interpret and comply with process documentation and drawings
  • Clearly written and verbal communication
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes and safety standards
  • Understanding of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, Risk Assessments, Problem Solving, Control Plans, Manufacturing Waste etc.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems would be advantageous
  • Proficiency of Microsoft Office (Work & Excel)

Knowledge and Key Skills:
