Responsibilities:


  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional manner
  • Provide information about products and services
  • Upsell additional products when appropriate
  • Perform data entry and maintain customer databases
  • Analyze customer feedback to improve service

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish or other languages is a plus
  • Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Experience in customer service or related field is preferred
  • Proficient in data entry and computer systems

Job Type:

£17.38 per hour

  • Driving Licence (preferred)
