If you are looking to be part of a fun, fast paced but dedicated team, DFDS are looking for an Audience Insights Specialist to join us.


We are looking for a specialist to be based in Newcastle, to support our routes across the Global entity, through qualitative and quantitative research activity.

The specialist will be responsible for responding to insight requests using data analysis, creating a brief, through to the delivery of the results, along with providing returning actionable insight back to the requestor.

The role will include the ownership of Customer Satisfaction reporting, highlighting the key insights available, on a monthly basis, whilst making recommendations for improvement.

Creating and improving reports using data visualisation tools such as Tableau.


To thrive in this team, we are looking for an individual who is proactive and passionate about insights, customer data, breaking down the numbers to drive this forward, using your advanced understanding of marketing channel analysis.

We seek someone with experience in various data preparation, blending tools & data visualisation, preferably within Tableau & Alteryx.

DFDS are looking to employ the right applicant, to support the implementation of tools & strategies, to extract and translate raw data into valuable analytics, to give definition to the company wide metrics.

Resulting in recommendations for the passenger marketing organisation and the wider passenger business. It is imperative you have a good understanding of Digital Marketing, and a willingness to travel.
