As an Application Support Analyst, Your role responsibilities would include:

investigating and where possible resolving incidents.
Ensuring that all queries are responded to within set SLA timeframes.
Report writing / BI.
Support the Database team with imports/migrations/bulk data changes.
Ownership of incidents through to resolution.
Logic checking of SQL scripts and procedures
Bug resolution management.
Database analysis and data fixes.

Experience and qualifications you need:

An indepth knowledge of MS Office, particularly on Excel
ITIL Certified
Advanced knowledge of T-SQL, database troubleshooting and performance tuning of stored procedures
A good understanding of C#, Java script, HTML and CSS
Experience of working within SAFe methodology
Financial Services industry experience
