Description

My client seeking an energetic and self-motivated individual to support the Head of Commercial Finance in the business partnering of senior internal stakeholders across a variety of business functions to drive financial performance.

Responsibilities of the Interim Finance Business Partner include:

Provide a timely and complete monthly closing in collaboration with commercial and operational teams, together with supporting the Senior Operations Controller with monthly closing variance analysis and commentary
Responsible for monthly management data consolidation via SAP and IRIS, together with data validation
Own and monitor monthly cost center reports, working closely with with cost center owners to ensure robust cost control and booking discipline
Support Quarterly forecast and Annual Target setting process including collection of data, synthesizing of data and acting as overall lead and coordinator for assigned portfolio
Contribute to the preparation and ownership of management information, management reporting, flash reports, cashflow, forecasts, dashboards & KPIs
Adhoc reporting, modeling, forecasting and analytics
Ensure business improvement initiatives are identified and evaluated versus alternative solutions, together with KPI reporting
Act as a bridge between Finance Operations Control and supporting functions

To be considered you will:

Be available immediately or available to start within one week
Be a Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) Finalists may be considered
Have experience in a commercially focussed or business partnering role
Be highly analytical with an eye for detail
Have great data analytics experience, knowledge of reporting tools (ideally Power BI) would be beneficial
Have good knowledge of financial systems, preferably SAP
Have experience working in a fast paced environment and managing many stakeholders
Be a selfstarter
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
