My client, a boutique Law Firm with offices across the UK, are seeking a Human Resources Advisor to join their HR team.

This role would suit either a current HR Advisor or an experienced HR Assistant/HR Coordinator who is looking for that next step in their career.

Working for an inspiration and personable Head of HR, the successful individual will be given the opportunity to be involved in numerous projects.

Salary £40,000-£48,000 depending on experience level.

Duties will include:

Contributing on various Generalist work and projects, such as improving/developing the firms D&I, L&D and Graduate Recruitment etc.
Providing HR advice and guidance to staff and managers across the firm.
Assisting with Employee Relations cases where required.
Lead on endtoend recruitment liaising with agencies, sifting through and CV selection etc.
Assisting in running monthly payroll alongside the HR and Finance Teams.

The Human Resources Advisor will need to be an experienced HR professional, ideally coming from a professional services environment.

They will also be personable, with the ability to forge strong working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders and possess excellent written and oral skills.
