Tempting Recruitment are working on behalf of our client, a

local authority in the

West London region, to recruit experienced

Homeownership Officer. If you are looking to increase your earnings for the year,

Contract: 3-6 months (Possible extension)

Salary:
£23 p/h (Umbrella)

Start Date:
ASAP

Shift Pattern: 36 hours per week /Monday - Friday / 9:00am - 5:00pm

HYBRID WORKING AVAILABLE

DUTIES

To be responsible for undertaking arrears recovery action on service charges and major works within allotted patch.
To be responsible for account management of the revenue service charges and major works including collection.
To ensure that nonpayers are referred in a timely way for legal action with supporting information.
To be responsible for ensuring adequate arrangements for identifying requirements of individual leaseholders are in place.
To ensure that data is accurately recorded on all service charge/major works accounts.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Previous experience working within a local authority or a similar organisation.
At least 2 years' experience within a Homeownership role or equivalent.
Knowledge and experience of recovery processes on service charge and major works arrears.
Ability to effectively manage the arrears function for an allotted patch in respect of service charges and major works.
