Although based in London, this will be a Global role to provide support to the whole firm working closely with users (both support and legal) across our firm.

The role requires a motivated and dedicated Artificial Intelligence Specialist with key experience in the field of Machine Learning, GenerativeAI with a passion in Application Development, Integrations and both Code, Low Code and No Code solutions.

Core experience of working with Large Language Models and Embeddings Models is essential, ideally with further experience (although not essential) in working with the Microsoft Azure and Azure AI platforms, including Document Intelligence, Data Factory and Data Pipelines.

This is a varied role that will involve both researching and evaluating LLMs and GenerativeAI technology, as well as developing solutions - be that through Rest API Integrations,.NET Web Applications, Python Scripts and Streamlit Apps, or using Low-Code tools such as the Power Platform.

In addition, collaboration with our Desktop Team and the wider Microsoft365 AI/Copilot/GenAI strategy will be important - particularly around embedding GenerativeAI solutions in products that our staff use on a daily basis.

This may happen in various forms, through analysis and integration, Copilot/Add-in development and/or Web Integrations.

In addition, the role will work with large data sets and so an understanding of PowerBI, Data Gateways and their management will be advantageous.

The individual should be able to work as part of a team and manage their own workload effectively.

The Application Development Team provides an important, high standard of service to the firm and the individual will contribute towards that team ethic getting involved in shaping best practices.

The role will involve both the analysis, design, development and third-line support of these solutions and tools.

As our firm is keen on learning and exploring new and emerging technology, the individual should be passionate about their role and how they can contribute towards technological change.

The individual should be a good communicator with the ability to senior management in relation to the AI and its impact on Legal Technology.
