About the Role:


As a Lead Teaching Assistant (HLTA), you'll be at the heart of our Specialist Children Hubs, offering alternative learning experiences for secondary and post-16 students.

This isn't your average 9-to-5 gig - it's a chance to be part of something truly innovative.

Your role? To teach 1:1 and small group sessions, and to be the friendly face that travels between sites within the specified locality, supporting and engaging with young people every step of the way.

Training Provided/Induction:

£21,600.00 per year
