Description

To be responsible and accountable for the day-to-day operational management of the Rotherham Early Intervention Services and the post holder will report to the Service Manager.


To ensure that patients, carers and other stakeholders can navigate through the care pathways with ease and their needs are met within recovery focused evidence-based provision.

To promote and deliver safe and effective standards of care

The post holder will line manage the staff in Rotherham Early Intervention Services offering regular management supervision and annual appraisals


They will work with the Service Manager to ensure that the services meet their targets in line with the Service Specifications.

The post holder will ensure team activity supports efficient use of resources in line with an allocated budget. He/she will ensure team activity is in line with required performance parameters and quality standards.


The post holder will support Business Planning within the Care Group in line with their sphere of expertise and responsibilities.

Provide leadership supervision and support to others within the teams commensurate with their professional qualifications, experience and expertise.


Directly contribute to clinical/ care delivery in line with their professional qualifications, experience and expertise within parameters agreed with the Service Manager.

Communicate and promote the visions, values, objectives and priorities of the Trust effectively to staff, partners and the public.

Support annual planning processes within the Care Group as required.

Support care governance processes within the Care Group as required.

Support the Care Group's contribution to relevant local partnership working structures as required.

Support workforce planning and modernisation processes within the Care Group as required.

Support the Care Group's contribution to the department and delivery of modernisation plans as required.

Support and contribute to business planning processes within the Care Group as required.
