We are currently recruiting for a professional with experience in general facilitation (in the virtual environment, face-to-face and hybrid) and as a plus a background on lean, collaborative working, continuous improvement or business change.

This role will report to the Change and Behaviors Service Line Lead.


Job Description:


Objective of the role:


To support delivery and development of a top performing Business Transformation capability within the Advisory Services group that wins and delivers high value consultancy projects across a broad range of industries integrating process optimisation thinking across all the work that we deliver.


Job Duties:

  • The Business Transformation team is a key part of the Advisory Services of B+P (Buildings and Places) and as a member of the team you will:
  • Support delivery of value propositions for professional facilitation, change, lean and other process optimisation capabilities.
  • Support the development of innovative thought leadership that sets AECOM apart from its competitors.
  • Maintain a network throughout AECOM to adopt lean and change practices into delivery of their projects and with their clients.
  • Maintain client relationships through project delivery and in support of business development.
  • Ensure you deliver projects professionally an execute to quality, cost and time.

Requirements:


  • You will be a developing facilitator with awareness of change, lean, continuous improvement and process optimisation demonstrating excellent people skills.
  • You will be able to help a group of individuals to work together effectively and efficiently. This may involve helping the group to establish goals, develop plans, and make decisions.
  • In some cases, you will be responsible for facilitating meetings, workshops, or other events, and may use a variety of techniques and tools to engage participants and ensure that the event is successful.
  • You will have experience in leading the facilitation of interdisciplinary collaborative sessions / workshops with internal and external customers
  • You will be willing to work in a consulting capacity and develop stakeholder relationships.
  • You will have a some understanding of change methodologies
  • You will be able to demonstrate a background of being involved in preparing, delivering and preparing outputs of a workshop
  • You will demonstrate initiative and a desire for dealing with complex problems, especially helping teams hold diffic
