Fantastic Immediate Start Opportunity- 3 Month Temporary Position
About Our Client:
My client is a Not-for-Profit organisation that supports individuals within providing programs and support through financial guidance and management.
The key responsibilities of a Finance Assistant
will include, but may not be limited to;
- Assistant within bookkeeping and record management of financial accounts
- Raise and process invoices
- Reconcile monthly bank statements
- Record grants and donations onto finance software
- Assist in the preparation of monthly fundraising reports
- Assist the Finance Manager in creating financial reports.
The Successful Applicant:
- Not for Profit and Charities background
- Bookkeeping or finance equivalent role
- Excellent numeracy and analytical skills
- Understanding of bank reconciliations
- Knowledge of financial management systems/ software
- Able to commute to Salford
- Ability to maintain records and data entry.
What's on Offer:
- Immediate start opportunity
- Part time role 21 hours per week
- Hourly rate between £ £15.00
- Temporary position with possibility of extension or permanent role.
