Description

We are looking for door supervisors to work mainly in events, festivals and live music venues and sites in oxford and the surrounding area, with other away events available nationally if needed.

Must enjoy interacting with the public and have strong customer service & conflict management skills.

Must be comfortable and experienced working in large events, bars, clubs, hotels and festivals, representing the venue and enforcing venue policies & licencing requirements where required, while ensuring the safety and security of members of the public & staff on site.

your duties will include:
- searching and screening
- patrols and response
- checking accreditation
- assisting with crowd management
- enforcing site/event policies & procedures
- asset protection

CCTV monitoring & control room operative duties (if licenced and experienced to do so)
Enforcing health and safety policies

PAYE or self employed, all applicants must:

have valid SIA Door Supervisor or CP license.

- have a 5 year checkable work history
- have experience within the security industry

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Temporary contract, Fixed term contract

Part-time hours: 16-35 per week

Salary:
£11.00-£13.00 per hour

Schedule:
