Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Park Warden Duo at a stunning holiday park based in Worcestershire. We are looking for long term commitment with the ability to build and grow the business.

Ideally you will have solid sector experience and enjoy all aspects of running a park, you will as a team lead from the front and enjoy the prospect of building a business.

Key Tasks:

General maintenance, repairs and handywork to park homes and caravans
Siting/connection of caravans and plot preparation
Knowledge of Health and Safety Regulations
To be responsible for daytoday maintenance related issues on the park
Ensure that all external areas such as car parks, paths and roadways are kept in a clean, tidy and wellmaintained condition
With the help of management, to plan, implement and control seasonal work programmes of repair and maintenance
Ensure the good working order of all plant machinery and equipment
Reception duties and dealing with general admin/account paperwork
Aftersales administration
To work as part of a team delivering outstanding customer service and standards
On call cover outside office hours
Knowledge of maintenance problems and repair solutions
General maintenance abilities to include plumbing, carpentry, basic electrics, painting and decorating etc.
A pleasant manner and ability to communicate effectively with both owners and colleagues
The ability to work as part of a team
Siting experience/Holiday Park experience is required
The ability to show initiative and take pride in your work
Knowledge of computer programmes word, excel & outlook
A full, clean UK driving licence
