Job purpose:

Main duties:

All Personal Care Tasks such as changing, washing etc.
Supporting with administrating medication
Light house-hold tasks around the home
To support with meal preparation and supervising whilst eating and drinking
Social support within the home
Providing a companionship to the lady
Moving and handling tasks such as transfers (to and from chair etc)
To provide support with toileting
Support the lady and accompany her when going out such as going shopping, going for a coffee etc
To perform other duties to support the employer in daily living as may be reasonably requested.


Personal Specification:
Flexible in the hours and times that you can work.
Have a good sense of humour and enjoy a friendly joke.
You should have a thorough understanding of personal safety.
Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
A willingness to undergo any training highlighted by the employer.
You should have some knowledge and understanding of risks.
Have an awareness and knowledge of equal opportunities.
