Our client is looking for Business Administration Apprentice to add to their team
Join a dynamic team, Your role will be pivotal in maintaining the high-quality standards within the business.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Assisting with any given administration tasks to support the team and ensure the smooth running of the business
- Call and take calls from existing and new clients, dealing with any queries professionally and promptly
- Act as the first point of contact for staff and clients
- Handle incoming queries in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure information added to our internal databases is accurate and kept uptodate
- Send documentation to clients, as required
- Assist where required with additional tasks
- General filing, scanning, copying and maintenance of information storage systems
- What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
- We would envisage the apprentice to learn multifaceted roles that would enable them to be able to continue after the apprenticeship, with a view to specialising in a particular role eventually, as opportunity arises.

Salary:
From £5.28 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
