Our client is looking for Business Administration Apprentice to add to their team

Join a dynamic team, Your role will be pivotal in maintaining the high-quality standards within the business.


Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assisting with any given administration tasks to support the team and ensure the smooth running of the business
  • Call and take calls from existing and new clients, dealing with any queries professionally and promptly
  • Act as the first point of contact for staff and clients
  • Handle incoming queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Ensure information added to our internal databases is accurate and kept uptodate
  • Send documentation to clients, as required
  • Assist where required with additional tasks
  • General filing, scanning, copying and maintenance of information storage systems
  • What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
  • We would envisage the apprentice to learn multifaceted roles that would enable them to be able to continue after the apprenticeship, with a view to specialising in a particular role eventually, as opportunity arises.

Apprenticeship Details


Throughout the apprenticeship learners receive coaching, help and guidance from a dedicated team who are there to ensure they get the most from their work experience.

Successful completion of this apprenticeship gives you an accredited Level 3 Business Administration qualification.

Salary:
From £5.28 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week

Licence/Certification:

  • UK Driving Licence & Access to a Car (preferred)
