Are you a Microsoft Dynamics Consultant looking for your next contract in a fast growing organisation?

Silverbear is proud to be the leading Microsoft Partner for membership and non-profit organisations in UK and Ireland. We are currently serving 4.2 million members and managing £440 million of subscriptions, donations, and payments every year.


Who are we looking for?


Silverbear is looking for a experienced Functional Consultant to partner with one of our clients on a highly important project.

You will be working on a membership project, scoping, creating and implementing the solution designed by you and the client.

Youwill be working on two high-profile public sector customer projects, part of a highly customer focussed team working to deliver our Membership management solution.

The responsibilities of this role will include but not be limited too:


  • Design and scope the customer membership solution needs and requirements
  • Advise, build and maintain membership systems according to customer needs and specifications
  • Develop excellent all round customer relations at all levels
  • Be actively involved from late sales (possibly assisting in presales) through to hand over to our support team
  • Identify and clearly document the customers business requirements and processes aligning it to the Silverbear solution
  • Deliver the CRM and Portal configuration, customisation and guide the implementation of the solution within each project

What skills and experience are we looking for?

  • A minimum 5 years professional experience in a software / IT environment / membership management
  • Proven record of having responsibility and managing multiple workloads with time critical deliverables
  • Strong written & oral communication skills
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Engagement) Experience (Essential)
  • Microsoft Power Platform Knowledge & Experience (desirable)
  • Building Power Automate Flows (desirable)
  • Building Power Apps (Modeldriven) (desirable)
  • Building Power BI Reports (desirable)

Details of the contract

  • 12 month contract (potential to be extended)
  • Start date ASAP
  • Hybrid style of working with some client sit work
