Background:


The Student Engagement Administrator (x2) will sit in the newly formed Student Experience team which is part of the wider student and academic administration department in the School of Health & Psychological Sciences.


This recruitment is for two posts and will support the engagement and experience of students from departments such as Nursing, Midwifery, Radiography, Optometry, Psychology, Language Communication and Science and Health Services and Research Management.


Responsibilities:


The Student Engagement Administrators report to the Student Experience Manager in the Student Experience Team to assist with all activities relating to student attendance, engagement and welfare to enhance student progression and retention throughout their studies.

The posts will work closely with the three Student Engagement and Welfare Officers responsible for attendance monitoring and engagement. The postholders will play an active role in responding to queries in relation to attendance and operating systems. In addition providing support for student experience related activities as mentioned in the job description.
