Sales Negotiator - Harrogate - £25,000 to £29,000


An independent and long established Estate & Letting Agents in Harrogate town centre are now looking to recruit an experienced Sales Negotiator to work as part of a small and dedicated team of property professionals.

The firm have built a reputation for providing a truly superior service with expert advice.

They have extensive knowledge of the property market and the region and have innovative marketing that gets results and friendly, helpful, and efficient staff.


What you will be doing

  • Carrying out accompanied viewings
  • Obtaining viewings feedback and relaying to vendors
  • Negotiating offers
  • Progressing sales to completion

What you will have

  • Experience in estate agency sales and sales progression
  • Knowledge of the Harrogate and surrounding areas property market
  • Strong customer service and rapport building skills
  • Full UK driving licence
