TeamJobs are looking a passionate Customer Service Executive to work for an amazing well-known luxury international retail brand in Biggleswade.

You will work within the Customer Service Team where the company mantra is "have as much fun as possible while working as professional as possible".

The Salary for this role is £22,000 per annum.
Located at the HO in Biggleswade (free parking)
Hybrid Working Policy which, after completion of the probationary period allows you to work from home 2 days a week

Hours are Mon

The role involves:

Responding to verbal and written complaints, in a timely and professional manner
Dealing with all after sales and warranty queries
Escalating problems to the relevant department (technical/service/sales/product)
Logging and updating customer information and orders
Tracking and processing new orders and refunds
Making sales and processing payments, when necessary
Entering orders, checking availability and prices of products
Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
Excellent interpersonal skills
