Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cook to join our team. As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking meals according to our menu and recipes.

You will work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Duties:


  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes.
  • Follow recipes and portion control guidelines to ensure consistent quality
  • Assist with food preparation tasks.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
  • Monitor food stock levels and communicate any shortages or discrepancies
  • Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations at all times
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operation during busy periods
  • Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed

Qualifications:


  • Proven experience as a Cook or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary terminology
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Job Type:
Part-time


Pay:
£13.47 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Experience:


  • Chef: 1 year (preferred)
  • Cooking: 1 year (preferred)
  • Kitchen experience: 1 year (preferred)
