BRIEF EMPLOYER DESCRIPTION
Universal Arches Ltd are a market leader in uPVC profile bending.
MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Duties will include
- Liaise with customers to confirm and process orders
- Work closely with the accounts department making sure payments are accurate and taken timely
- Process supplier invoices
- Deal with suppliers and issues that may arise
- Support the accounts department as and when necessary
- General office duties such as filing and taking calls
Required Skills:
- Good telephone manner
- Computer literate
- Good communication skills
- No experience is required as full training is provided
- Excellent use of spelling and grammar
- Excellent attention to detail
- Trustworthy
- Team player
- Willing to learn and use initiative
- Keen to build career and stay with the company
