BRIEF EMPLOYER DESCRIPTION
Universal Arches Ltd are a market leader in uPVC profile bending.

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Duties will include

  • Liaise with customers to confirm and process orders
  • Work closely with the accounts department making sure payments are accurate and taken timely
  • Process supplier invoices
  • Deal with suppliers and issues that may arise
  • Support the accounts department as and when necessary
  • General office duties such as filing and taking calls
REQUIRED SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS & PERSONAL QUALIFICATIONS


Required Skills:


  • Good telephone manner
  • Computer literate
  • Good communication skills
  • No experience is required as full training is provided
  • Excellent use of spelling and grammar
  • Excellent attention to detail
