From baking our high quality products such as Sourdough loafs and hot cross buns, through to packaging them ready for distribution to our major retail partners such as Tesco, ASDA and Sainsbury's; our Bakery Operatives play a key role.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to gain experience with one of the UK's largest bakery businesses, along with great opportunities for growth and development.

You will be expected to work closely with colleagues to ensure each area is operating and set-up efficiently for both the current and oncoming shift.

Throughout your day, you will be responsible for accurate completion of paperwork, paying close attention to detail.

As a food manufacturer, wastage is an area we must control, so it's important that all daily tasks are completed efficiently whilst taking ownership of issues and reporting them if they arise to the management team.
