A rare opportunity has arisen to join the ever expanding team at Enertech FM Ltd a well established and rapidly growing Facilities Maintenance company, working nationwide.
We are currently looking to recruit an additional member for our Contract Support team dealing with one of our key clients.
The successful applicant's duties and responsibilities will include:
- To manage the client's expectations as per the Contracts Service Level agreement.
- To be a point of contact for all engineers, sub contractors, and suppliers involved with this key client.
- To allocate PPM jobs to engineers as efficiently as possible.
- To manage return visits
- To generate bespoke reports as per the clients request
- To ensure all queries are dealt with in a professional manner
- To prioritise workload as necessary
- Working across all levels and departments within the company
- Working to KPIs and deadlines
- Operating and maintaining the clients online portal
- Planning of engineers, organising and working with them to deliver high standards of service
- Collating and reviewing paperwork
The qualities we are looking for are:
- Competent computer skills with strong organisational skills and planning abilities
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Understanding of Contracts and SLA's
- Build effective working relationships with both staff, sub contractors, suppliers and our key client
- Use initiative
- Use a proactive approach to work

Salary:
£23,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
