Contract Cyber Recovery Specialist | Ad Hoc 6 Month Contract | Outside IR35 | £550p/d | Remote

My client is a leader in it's field and they are supporting the launch of a very exciting product for a household name client.

This role will see you joining and completing 5 days of training on this product.

The role will be outside IR35 and they will needthe contractor on an ad hoc basis for the next 6-12 months.

The role will see you:

Create a minimum viable company in the cyber recovery vault which is trusted to recover business function after a cyber attack
Advise on your recovery strategy and integrating points with organisationwide incident response plans
Integrate a NIST Cybersecurity framework aligned recovery solution which plans for a wide variety of threat vectors
Develop and test recovery plans and procedures

Key Skills:

6 years IT experience minimum, in the infrastructure space
Proven experience on Backup and Disaster Recovery solutions (Design and implementation) at least 3 years experience (eg with DataDomain or PowerProtect preferred, NetBackup, Commvault, Veeam)
Very good communication skills, and consulting approach
Nice to have: first backup/DR experience with AWS or Azure
